This is a program run by a university with enterprises (offering field placement opportunities) to carry out field education in Korea or abroad for a designated period of time.
Participating students gain a chance to apply the knowledge and skills they have gained in university in the field and obtain credits upon completion of the program.
This gets them ready to join the workforce immediately upon graduation and become outstanding professionals with practical skills and the ability to quickly adapt to the actual work environment

Eligibility
- Students: 3rd to 5th year students at Ajou University (excl. graduates and pharmacy, medical or nursing departments students)
Field placement Program
During School Term/Break
- During the school term: Credits given after up to 16 weeks of field practice (3 credits for 4 weeks of field placement)
- During a school break: Credits given for field placement carried out for a minimum of 4 weeks (3 credits, 160 hours) or a maximum of 8 weeks (6 credits, 320 hours)

Field placement -
- This is a differentiated field placement program of Ajou University where students are recruited and matched with an enterprise a month prior to the field placement program running during a school break so that they can be trained prior to the field placement. This is a way of maximizing the effectiveness of the short-term field placement and making it a win-win for both the student and the enterprise.
