This is a program where a group of current and former experts (LINC+ fellows) from the related industries to help nurture professionals based on their practical know-how and skills, support the family companies of Ajou University, and partake in disseminating project results so as to promote the integrity of the LINC+ program and to strengthen the industry-university network.
Fellows
- Experts from specialized fields (bio & healthcare, smart mobility, new renewable energy, and AI & big data)
- Experts who can support the establishment of an industry-university network with an understanding of industry-university cooperation
Roles
- Educate and train students across the areas of industry-university cooperation and disseminate outcomes
- Education: Provide guidance in field placement, capstone design and startup and consulting on employment as well as develop industry-oriented education programs
- Dissemination of outcomes: Provide technical guidance and consulting to family companies, support for technical development, technology transfer and commercialization, and participate in joint R&D projects
