Greetings

From the Director of Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation of Ajou Univ

Today, nations and enterprises are unable to stay competitive in the global market unless they elentlessly develop new technologies in pace with the latest trends and demands.
Under these circumstances, it is crucial for higher education institutes, research centers, industries and local communities to come together and form an organic cooperation system.
Acknowledging the need for joint research based on industry-university-research cooperation, Ajou University, which began as a technical education institute, has been endeavoring to support such research and to establish the related management system. It established the SME Center in 1992 and has been fulfilling its social responsibility and role as a university to serve as a leader in technological innovation through industry-university consortiums, the Startup Incubation Center, Technology Licensing Organization and more until the launch of the LINC Project Group in 2014.
